Kaba's Simplex Mechanical Pushbutton Exit Trims for Detex Exit Devices

WINSTON-SALEM, NC, July 28, 2006

Kaba is pleased to announce that Simplex Mechanical Pushbutton Exit Trims are now certified for compatibility with Detex® Advantex® 10 & 40 Series Rim Exit Devices. No modifications or additional parts are required for these installations.

Detex 10 Series Standard Rim Panic Device – use Simplex 5000, LP1000 and 2015 Series

Detex 40 Series Narrow Stile Exit Device – use Simplex 2015 Series

The Simplex 5000 is designed with a unique Universal Exit Trim that fits rim exit devices from most leading brands, including: Arrow, Corbin Russwin, Detex, Dorma, Monarch, Precision, Sargent, Von Duprin, and Yale. A universal mounting plate simplifies installation and eliminates the need to stock locks and plates for various manufacturers.
