1) This software will only work with E-Plex products that begin with E50 or E30.

2) You must have Microsoft Excel already on your computer.

3) A handheld PDA is required to communicate from the PC software to the lock. It is recommended that the PDA software already be functional on your computer prior to downloading the E-Plex standard software.
