Dual Functon - Code and Duplication

The Tri-Code H.S. cuts popular sidewinder/laser style, high security automotive keys by code, bitting number or duplication. Simple to operate, this electronic machine will eliminate the guesswork and effort associated with cutting sidewinder/laser style automotive keys.

If key "wear" is detected when duplicating, the machine automatically compensates to produce a duplicate key cut to the original factory specifications, within a tolerance of +/- .001".

No set-up or initial calibration required. It’s fully equipped and ready to cut keys once you remove it from the box.

The Triax-e.code is a three axis stand-alone machine that duplicates and cuts by code the sidewinder/laser style automotive and commercial dimple style keys.

Features include a quick and easy cutter change process, automatic calibration, and a dual speed motor.

• "On-board" database contains cut specifications for hundreds of sidewinder/ laser style automotive and commercial dimple keys.
• Database includes indirect codes for most major automotive brands that use sidewinder/laser style keys.
• Decodes keys, detects "wear" and automatically converts the cuts back to original lock specifications.
• Microprocessor controlled cutting operation, utilizing a precision stepper motor carriage transport mechanism (X-Y axis).
• Cutter height (Z-axis) stepper motor controlled
• Supplied with two vise clamps (R1 and R5)

The Quattrocode is designed for cutting popular sidewinder/laser style automotive keys and commercial dimple style keys by code, bitting number, or by duplication.

Quattrocode software contains data tables and indirect codes for numerous key applications. Customer supplied PC is required.

• Decodes keys, detects "wear" and automatically converts the cuts back to original lock specifications
• Precision stepper motors control carriage movement and cutter positioning.
• Re-circulating ball screw x-y carriage transport
• Software includes "fail safe" features that help safeguard the cutter and other components
• Vise clamp provides is "universal" J1, including a reversible mobile jaw for gripping special "Z" profile 2-track Mercedes keys.

Cuts by Code

The Delta FO cuts by code the unique angles found on the 4-sided keys for Tibbe locks, as used on some models of Jaguar and Ford vehicles. The machine is very simple to operate, easy to maintain, and provides superb cutting results!
