A. How to contact our Technical Support

Our Service Center is staffed with factory trained and highly qualified Technical Support Agents (TSA) whose responsibility is to provide telephone support to resolve customer product issues quickly and effectively in a customer oriented manner. Refer to the Service Locations section to determine your closest Service Center.

In order to serve you better, please provide us with the following information when you call us :

· Your name, company, Customer ID# and telephone number

· Detailed description of the issue

B. 24-Hour Technical Assistance – US & Canada

Technical Support Agents (TSAs) are available during Business Days from 8h30 am to 8h pm (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Emergency Technical Assistance is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. Please contact us at 1-800-906-4526. For other regions, contact your closest service locations for more information.

Accounts covered by an Extended Warranty Program or Annual Service Plan are exempted.
